EFL Cup Final Social Competition
Valid 27 February 2022
Customers stand a chance to win 1 of 2 R500 betting vouchers. Customers must predict the correct 90-minute score of the EFL Cup Final between Chelsea and Liverpool.
1. The competition runs on 27 February 2022.
2. The competition closes on 27 February 2022 at 17:00.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes two R500 betting vouchers which cannot be withdrawn.
5. The winners will be selected randomly based on the correct score prediction via a draw from all valid entries. The winners will be announced on 28 February 2022.
6. If in the event there are no correct score predictions in the comments section of the competition post, the winners will be selected randomly.
7. A person can enter by commenting the correct 90-minute score prediction on the original competition post found on the Hollywoodbets Twitter page and posting their answer in the comments section of the original competition post on Twitter.
8. Edited comments will NOT be accepted.
9. If a team scores in stoppage time after the 90-minutes are played, the score line will be accepted.
10. In the event the match enters extra time and penalties, the score line will NOT be accepted.
11. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
12. Draws to select the winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
13. The winners will be notified via Twitter inbox.
14. The vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
15. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
16. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
17. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
18. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
19. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
21. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
22. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
23. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
24. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Twitter.
