Guess the Hollywoodbets Dolphins player

Customers stand a chance to win 2x tickets to watch the Hollywoodbets Dolphins vs Warriors game as well as a Kingsmead Hamper and can enter the competition by answering the question in the comments section of the original competition post, found on Hollywoodbets’ X or Hollywoodbets’ Facebook page. Customers must answer the question, ‘Guess the Player?’ to win the prize.

1. The competition runs on 22 – 25 April 2024.
2. The competition ends on 25 April 2024 at 08:00am.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes 2x tickets to the CSA T20 Challenge Semi-Final, the Hollywoodbets Dolphins vs Warriors game on 25 April at 18h00 and a Kingsmead hamper, which cannot be withdrawn.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries who have answered the question. The winners will be announced on 25 April 2024.
6. Contestants can enter by commenting on the original competition post, found on Hollywoodbets’ X page or Hollywoodbets’ Facebook page. Customers must answer the question, ‘Guess the Player?’ to win the prize.
7. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
8. Draw to select the winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

9. The winners will be notified via Hollywoodbets’ X or Hollywoodbets Facebook page.
10. The cricket game tickets and Hollywoodbets Kingsmead hamper will be given directly to the winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts and cannot be withdrawn. If the winner does not have a Hollywoodbets account, they will have the option to open one to receive their prize.
11. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
12. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
14. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users, and/or winners hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, or Instagram.
