EUROPEAN & SOUTH AMERICAN 2024 NATIONAL SOCCER CAMPAIGN

Customers stand a chance to win a share of R200 000 in cash, which can be withdrawn.

1. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the campaign.

2. The prizes will be broken down as follows:

• Draw 1: 25 June 2024 – R15 000 – 3 Winners
• Draw 2: 28 June 2024 – R15 000 – 3 Winners
• Draw 3: 05 July 2024 – R15 000 – 3 Winners
• Draw 4: 10 July 2024 – R32 500 – 1 Winner
• Draw 5: 15 July 2024 – R32 500 – 1 Winner

3. To qualify for a share of the R200 000, account holders and cash customers must have had a R25 bet or more on any European & South American fixtures. The qualifying games are those being played in the Copa America and Euro 2024
4. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries as stipulated above and opted-in on the promotions page, during the campaign period. The winners will be announced every week of the campaign period with the final prize winner announced on 15 July 2024.
5. Entries are not limited. Every Copa America and Euro 2024 Championships bet for R25 or more will be an additional entry.
6. Only Bets taken/placed after the promotion start date (14 June 2024) and before the promotion end date (15 July 2024 at 01:59am) will be considered.
7. There will be a total of 5 draws for the winners for this campaign.
8. Three winners will be selected per draw for the first 3 draws, and 1 winner will be selected for each of the last 2 draws. In all the 5 draws will provide 11 winners. The first nine winners will each receive R15 000 in cash whilst the fourth & fifth winners will receive R32 500 each.
9. Once the winner’s name has been selected in one of the draws, it will be withdrawn from the promotion and cannot be re-selected in another draw. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the campaign.
10. Draws to select the winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor.

11. The cash prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts (where applicable) and it may be withdrawn.

12. Cash prize winners at branches will need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document to claim the prize.
13. Cash prizes for branch winners will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
14. Prizes are non-transferable.
15. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
4. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
5. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
   
   
6. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
7. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
8. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
9. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled Dispute Resolution.
10. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
