1. The competition runs between the 01st and 14th of February 2024.
2. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
3. Entry Mechanism: Clients must bet a minimum of R100 or more.
4. Players will receive one entry for every pair of king and queen dealt in their blackjack set on their initial cards dealt.
5. Players that qualify will be entered into a lucky draw to win one of 3 Luxury weekends away.
6. This competition is only available to clients that have an account with Hollywoodbets.
7. The winners will be selected through a lucky draw done by a Hollywoodbets Team Support member overseen by an internal auditor to ensure fairness and transparency.
8. Only bets taken on POWER BLACKJACK will qualify towards points on the leaderboard.
9. All winners will be announced on the 15th via phone call to inform them that they have won.
10. Each trip is valid for 6 months after the competition has ended.
11. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:
• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
• to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
• to post video content and pictures throughout the duration of your stay, or at the end of your trip on social media – and tag Hollywoodbets on the respective platform.
13. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
