1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of the competition is Gagasi FM & Hollywoodbets
3. You are not eligible to participate in competition if –
3.1. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of Gagasi FM and Hollywoodbets, its affiliates or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
3.2. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or adopted), business partner or associate of the persons specified in 3.1 above;
3.3. A member of your household won a prize in a competition conducted by Gagasi FM and Hollywoodbbets in the past (3) three months;
3.4. Unless otherwise stipulated, you are below the age of 18 (eighteen)years at the time of entering the competition.
4. Gagasi FM may limit the number of times that you may enter the competition.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information which you provide to Gagsi FM is complete, accurate and up to date. No entry is valid until the validation process determined by Gagasi FM has taken place.
6. Any entries received after the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
7. The outcome of the competition is subject to the competitions specific terms and conditions as well as Gagasi general competiotion rules. The decision of the auditor, or judge, or presenter or organizer of the competition is final, and no negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
8. Participants in the competition enter and/or accept prizes (if they are the winner) at their own risk. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize, the participants and winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Gagasi FM and its affiliates from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize by the winner and/or any person with whom the winner shares that prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
10. For purposes hereof, “affiliate” means our partners, co promoters and sponsors of this competition, our and their subsidiaries and respective holding companies, the subsidiaries of their holding companies, and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.
11. Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk and Gagasi FM and its affiliates are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prizes. However, should any prize be defective, Gagasi FM will provide the contact details of the supplier of prizes to the winner.
12. All prizes must be claimed within 2 (two) months of the announcement of winners on air or on Gagasi FM’s website. Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited.
13. Depending on the nature of the competition and the prize, Gagasi FM will endeavour to have the prize ready for the winner’s collection within (4) four weeks of the winner announcement.
14. The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other item.
15. If you win a prize and the possession and/or use of that prize is subject to regulations or authorisation, you must possess whatever documents and permission/authorisation that are required in order to accept and use a prize and such documents, permission or authorisation must remain valid for the duration of the use of the prize. It is your responsibility to obtain those documents, permission or authorisation, which will be at your own cost.
16. You may not win a prize if it is unlawful or against the promotional competition terms and conditions for us to supply that prize to you. If you do win such a prize, you will forfeit it.
17. Where a DJ conducts a competition that is not a Gagasi competition and the prize will be paid for by the DJ himself, Gagasi accepts no responsibility for the fulfilment of the competition and the reward attached to the competition.
18. If you win a prize, you consent to:
18.1. The publishing or distribution of your name and certain details by Gagasi Radio;
18.2. Within reason and with prior notice and acceptance, the use your image in marketing material;
18.3. Subject to your prior acceptance, participate in Gagasi Radio’s marketing activities;
without remuneration due to you from Gagasi Radio.
19. Gagasi Radio will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the publication of your name, details and/or image and your participation in Gagasi Radio’s marketing activities.
20. Subject to the clause 18 of the terms and conditions, Gagasi Radio will not disclose any of the participant’s personal information to third parties without that participant’s permission.
21. By participating in this competition, you authorize Gagasi Radio to use your personal information to communicate with you from time to time. You may indicate if you do not wish to receive such communications from Gagasi Radio.
22. If you or any person with whom you share the prize (if you are the winner), fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which Gagasi Radio may have, –
22.1. you will be automatically disqualified from the competition;
22.2. if you have won a prize, you will forfeit that prize;
22.3. you will pay Gagasi Radio for any loss or damage incurred by them, directly or indirectly, as a result of the non compliance, including all of legal costs which they may incur in taking any steps pursuant to the non-compliance; and
23. Winners must be 18 years and older and have a FICA complaint Hollywoodbets account in order to receive the Betting Voucher.
24. By entering your comment, you agree:
• to grant Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later;
• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
• to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’s sponsors and partners.
25. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
26. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
27. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

29.
