Gauteng Valentines Day Competition – Terms and Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win a couple’s spa date at the Three Oaks and Aloe, by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account using the link on the Hollywoodbets Gauteng Facebook page, and spending the whole R25 sign up bonus. 

1. The competition starts 14 January 2022.
2. The competition closes 11 February 2022 at 23:59:59
3. The prize consists of a couple’s spa date at the Three Oaks and Aloe located at the Hartebeest Dam.
4. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition. 
5. The winner will be fetched from the nearest branch and transported to the Three Oaks and Aloe Spa. After the session, they will be picked up and dropped off at the pick-up point.
6. A person can enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account by clicking the link on the competition post which can be found on the Hollywoodbets Gauteng Facebook pages and spending the whole R25 sign up bonus.
7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries. 
8. Entries are limited.
9. Draws to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an internal auditor. 
10. The winner will be announced on 11 February 2022
11. The winner will be notified via phone call.
12. By entering the competition, you agree: 
13. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
14. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners, 
15. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities. 
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents. 
17. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation. 
18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above. 
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity. 
20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition. 
21. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
22. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
