TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The competition runs between 4 April 2019 10:00 – 6 April, race time.
Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate.
A customer must place a single win horse racing bet (no minimum), on his/her Hollywoodbets betting account or in any of the Hollywoodbets branches, on a horse in the Randox Health Grand National.
Single bets at fixed odds and open win bets will apply.
If the horse you backed in the Grand National runs second Hollywoodbets will refund you the full stake placed on your single win bet.
Multiple single bets taken by one customer, on the second placed horse, will be refunded.
Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.
Every client participating in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
By participating and/or accepting any refund, the clients hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a refund.
