SOCIAL COMPETITION – Hollywoodbets Durban July Count the Stars

Valid from 20 – 24 June 2022

Customers stand a chance to win a double set of tickets to the Hollywoodbets Durban July and a R1000 Gateway Shopping Voucher.

1. The competition runs from 20 – 24 June 2022.
2. Winner to be announced 25 June 2022.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A person can enter on the Instagram competition post by by commenting with how many Hollywoodbets stars they see flashing through the video. The post can be found on the Hollywoodbets Durban July Instagram Account.
5. Arrangements will be made to handover the set (2) of Hollywoodbets Durban July tickets and the R1000 Gateway shopping voucher to the winner.
6. Prize includes a double set of tickets to the Hollywoodbets Durban July and a R1000 Gateway shopping voucher. Any additional cost will be for prize winners own account.
7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours after being contacted by a Hollywoodbets Durban July Representative, the winner forfeits their prize.  
9. Entries are limited, their first comment will be taken as an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.
10. The draw to select the winner will done by a Hollywoodbets Durban July Representative.
11. The winner will be notified via Instagram inbox.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

12. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
14. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.
