Customers stand a chance to win a Heritage Day hamper by screenshotting the moving word (Kazang) and posting the screenshot in the comment section on the competition post.
Customers can enter the competition by posting the screenshot in the comments section of the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page. Customers must screenshot the moving word (Kazang).
1. The competition runs on 24 September 2024.
2. The final draw will be held on 25 September 2024.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. One winner will receive a Heritage Day hamper.
5. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries who have screenshot the moving word (Kazang) and posted the screenshot in the comment section on the competition post. The winner will be announced on 25 September 2024.
6. Contestants can enter by commenting on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page. Customers must screenshot the moving word (Kazang) and post the screenshot in the comment section on the competition post.
7. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
8. Draws to select the winner will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on the draw date (25 September 2024).
9. The winners will be notified via Call or Facebook.
10. The winner will need to ensure that the correct address for delivery is provided.
11. The prize will be delivered to the winners within 14 days of receiving the address for delivery.
12. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Prizes are subject to change to another item of the same value should Hollywoodbets not be able to source the prize.
14. Hollywoodbets and Kazang will not be held liable for any costs once the handover is done.
15. By entering the competition, you agree:
a) that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b) to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c) to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
22. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
