TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Valid from 1 July – 29 August 2021
1. The competition runs between 1 July – 29 August 2021.
2. Cut off time for entries is 23h59 on 29 August 2021.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. To enter a customer must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher for R50 or more from any Massmart store (Builders, Cambridge, Game, Makro and Rhino), visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once for all their deposits to be entered.
– Each Holly Top Up Voucher can only be entered once.
5. To qualify, customers must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher on the day of the daily draw; losing entries will not be carried forward to the next draw.
6. One winner will be randomly selected every day via a draw from all valid entries.
7. A draw will take place on each day from 2 July to 30 August 2021.
8. The winners will be contacted on the above dates and Hollywoodbets will make an arrangement to deliver the in-store voucher in the ensuing week.
9. The winners will be contacted via a phone call and requested to advise on the suitable delivery date and location.
10. The prizes will have a total value to the sum of R120 000 over the competition period.
11. The daily prize will be a R2 000 Massmart in-store vouchers of their choice (Builders, Cambridge, Game, Makro & Rhino).
12. Entries are not limited. To qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying Holly Top Up Voucher deposit the previous day.
13. Draws to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an internal auditor.
14. All winners will be announced between 12pm – 4pm on the day of the draw.
15. Winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to avail themselves for the in-store voucher handover.
16. By entering the competition, you agree:

– to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
– to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
17. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
18. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and Massmart or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and Massmart or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
22. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
23. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
