OTT Level Up Competition Launch – Terms & Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win a VW Polo Vivo or a share of R50 000 in prizes.

1. Competition takes place from 01 October – 30 November 2024.
2. To participate/qualify in the competition, participants must purchase an OTT voucher to the value of R50 or more redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account. Thereafter, they must visit hollywoodbets.net and opt in on the promotions page, in order to be entered into the competition.
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
4. Each OTT voucher can only be entered once into the competition.
5. Entries are unlimited however a person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
6. Forty-One (41) winners will be randomly selected via all draws from valid entries.
7. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by an Auditor on the below dates, and the participants stand a chance to win one of the following prizes:

• Draw 1: 10 October 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 2: 17 October 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 3: 24 October 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 4: 31 October 2024 (2x R1 000 BV, 2x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 5: 07 November 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 6: 14 November 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 7: 21 November 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 1x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 8: 28 November 2024 (4 x R1 000 BV, 2x R2000 Fuel Voucher)
• Draw 9: 02 December 2024 (VW Polo Vivo Car Giveaway)

8. The winners will be contacted telephonically by a Hollywoodbets representative on the above-mentioned dates to claim their prizes.
9. Only South Africa resident with citizenship is eligible to win the VW Polo Vivo
10. The VW Polo Vivo is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. The winner is responsible to insure the vehicle.
12. Vehicles will be handed to winner with a full tank of petrol.
13. Hollywoodbets and OTT will not be held liable for any faults, damages or injury regarding the vehicle.
14. Hollywoodbets and OTT is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance, services or any other potential liability pertaining to the vehicle.
15. The Hollywoodbets and OTT branding on the vehicle needs be visible for 6 months after the handover.
16. The winners must allow Hollywoodbets a reasonable time period to arrange for the vehicle to be ordered, registered and licensed in their names and must provide Hollywoodbets with all the information and original documentation required for this purpose, including Identity Documents together with a valid driver’s license in respect of the winner or their nominated driver
17. Hollywoodbets’ and OTT decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
18. Hollywoodbets and OTT will only cover the cost of flat-bedding the vehicle to a major centre within South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town) where the winner will need to collect their prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
19. Prizes are subject to change to another item of the same value should Hollywoodbets not be able to source the prizes.
20. By entering the competition, you agree:
21. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
22. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners, participants may revoke consent for marketing communications at any time.
23. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

25. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
26. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
27. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
28. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and OTT or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and OTT or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse and children) of all the above.
29. By using entering this competition, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information will be shared with third-parties to the extent necessary to conduct the competition. Such personal information will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013. 27. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and OTT (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

29. The competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be settled in the relevant South African court with jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.
