TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The competition runs between 1 September 2018 00:00 – 30 November 2018 23:59. It will run for 13 weeks.
Cut off time for entries is 23h59 on 30 November 2018.
Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid (FICA compliant) Hollywoodbets account.
A customer must place a soccer bet to the minimum value of R30, per week on his/her online betting account in order to qualify for the weekly draw or play in a Hollywoodbets branch for R30 or more.
All entries will go into the draw for the NP 200 Nissan Bakkie in the last week of each month of the competition period.
To enter customers must do the following:
• Branch bets: Bet R30 or more on soccer and dial *120*46559*1*ticketnumber# to enter.
• Account bets: Bet R30 or more on soccer and SMS “Million” to 45294 with your ID number once a day and all your R30 or more bets will be entered.
SMS charged at R1 – no free SMS’s apply.
Each ticket number can only be entered once.
Single and multiple bets on soccer and multiple bets with soccer and other sports will be accepted.
Entries are not limited; all entries that are not drawn in the weekly draws will be carried forward to the last Friday’s draw for the NP 200 Bakkie.
The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
Winners are limited to one prize only throughout the competition.
Winners will be announced weekly.

All draws will take place at Hollywoodbets Head Office supervised by an internal auditor.
All winners will be announced between 10am – 12pm.
To qualify for each weekly draw (every Friday during the competition period), a customer must take a bet from the previous Friday to the Thursday before the draw.
Example: to qualify for Week 2 draw on 14 September a customer must take a R30 or more soccer bet between 7 – 13 September. The only exception is Week 1 draw which will start from Saturday 1 September up until Thursday 6 September 2018.
The cash prize winners need to have a valid South African bank account in order to claim the prize.
The cash winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
Cash prizes will be transferred by electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
Winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
Local trip prizes won through this competition include travel, accommodation and allowances to pay for food and transfers.
Local holidays exclude peak seasons. (Dec-Jan)
Winners must have a valid South African ID or local or international passport.
Winners must be available to travel between 1st of December 2018 – 31st of March 2019.
The main prize of the Nissan NP 200 1.6 as referred to in point 15 is non-transferrable.
There will be 3 finalists for the bakkie – there will be a main draw of which the winners will be randomly selected. The finalists must be available to travel between the draw dates. Hollywoodbets will pay for the travel and accommodation if need be. Finalists must be present at the draws. Runner up prizes is R5000 for second and third place. Winner will drive away in a brand new NP 200 Bakkie.
The local weekly trips as referred to in point 16 are non-transferable.
Hollywoodbets will not insure the car.
Hollywoodbets is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance or services or any other potential liability relating to the car.
The vehicle will be branded for 6 months in Hollywoodbets branding.
The winner must allow Hollywoodbets a reasonable period to arrange for the car to be registered and licensed in his/her name and must provide Hollywoodbets with all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an Identity Document together with a driver’s license in respect of the winner or his or her nominated driver.
Should the winner decide to sell the car to the dealership instead of taking ownership of the car, they will have to wait for the 6-month branding period to expire. The transaction will be between the winner and the car dealership and Hollywoodbets will not be a party to any negotiations or transactions.
Hollywoodbets will only cover the cost of flat bedding the vehicle to a major centre within South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth) where the winner will need to collect the prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
