SOCIAL COMPETITON – TELL US WHO WILL WIN THE WOMENS FINAL FOR THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN?
VALID 27 – 28 January 2023
Customers stand a chance to win a R200 betting voucher which cannot be withdrawn.
Customers can enter the competition by answering the question in the comments section of the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook Page. Customers must tell us who will win the women’s final for the Australian Open? Valid 27 – 28 January 2023.
1. The competition starts on 27 January 2023.
2. The competition ends on 28 January 2023, at 10:30 am.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes a R200 betting voucher which cannot be withdrawn.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries who have chosen the correct team. The winners will be announced on 30 January 2023.
6. Contestants can enter by commenting on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets Facebook Page. Customers need to tell us who will win the women’s final for the Australian Open.
7. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
8. Draws to select the winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

9. The winners will be notified via Facebook.
10. The Betting Vouchers will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account and cannot be withdrawn. If the winners do not have a Hollywoodbets account, they will have the option to open one to receive their prize.
11. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
13. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
15. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
16. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
17. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
18. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
