The Presidents Cup 2024 Online Campaign- Terms and Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win a share of R10 000 in cash & betting vouchers.

1. The Campaign runs: 23 – 29 September 2024
2. The competition ends 29 September 2024.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the campaign.
4. The prize includes a share of R10 000 in cash & betting vouchers which cannot be withdrawn.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries who have taken a bet for R40 or more on the 2024 Presidents Cup Golf Tournament and opted-in on the promotions page, during the campaign period.
6. We will have 1 draw for the winners for this promotion.
7. 10 winners will be selected for this draw.
8. Draws to select the winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

10. The share of R10 000 in betting vouchers & cash prize money will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts (where applicable) and only the cash prize money can be withdrawn.
11. These betting vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled Dispute Resolution.
