Reigning Top 14 champions Castres will duke it out with Racing 92 on Saturday the 22nd of September.
Racing Metro will be looking to bounce back from their Round 4 away defeat to Toulouse when they take on an in-form Castres side this Saturday. The hosts have been a bit hit-and-miss this term while the visitors have been a model of consistency.

The men from the French capital have endured a bit of a strange start to the 2018/19 Top 14 season.
They opened their campaign with an eye-cacthing 9-25 away win over Toulon and then slumped to a 17-40 home defeat to an abmirably red-hot Clermont outfit. They bounced back from that defeat by trouncing Agen 59-7 at home but then undid all that good work by going down 30-17 to Tolouse last weekend.
This is certainly a talented Racing side but they are really lacking consitency, either they’re absolutely brilliantly or truly dire. They would need to be at their best this weekend as Castres are no mugs and know how to win away from home.
Castres
The reigning champions have gotten their season off to a rollicking start winning three of their opening four games with their only defeat coming away to Toulon in Round 3. They were actually really unlucky to lose that game as well going down by a solitary point.
Castres enjoyed a decent time of it last weekend although they were far from convincing during their 29-13 victory over Grenoble. They looked rather flat on attack and will need to be more inventive if they are to get one over Racing away from home.
Verdict: Racing -9.5 (9/10) * forecast handicaps
This should be a very tight game with both sides very evenly matched. My money is on the hosts edging it by the smallest of margins.
