TS Galaxy owner Tim Sukazi wants clarity from the Premier Soccer League (PSL) on why he was denied access to his team at the Orlando Stadium change rooms on Saturday.

Galaxy were defeated 2-0 by Pirates, and Sukazi who has an all-access accreditation to any PSL match, was seen on video, that went viral at the weekend, of being denied access to the change room area by the Pirates security personnel.

In the video (below) there were also police officers on the scene trying to calm the situation.

Sukazi says he will be writing to the PSL for clarity on the meaning of ‘all access’ and why he was blocked from seeing his playing personal.

“We want answers from the league. We will review this matter and we will take every step necessary to demand answers,” Sukazi told eNCA.

“The league must explain the meaning of the words ‘all access’ and also the behaviour that occurs in the assault and manhandling, including the police. If it means we take legal action, that is what we will do.”

According to The Sowetan, this is not the first time that Sukazi and Pirates security personnel have clashed.

In January 2021 at Orlando Stadium, there was allegedly also a scuffle between Pirates security personnel and Sukazi after he was denied entry into the change room, according to a club official.
