Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs have unveiled their latest blockbuster signings including the headline-grabbing acquisition of attacker Gaston Sirino.
Chiefs officially announced the South American attacker as their latest signing from Premiership rivals Mamelodi Sundowns.
While also confirming the open secret that defender Bongani Sam had joined the club from fellow Soweto rivals Orlando Pirates.
“Kaizer Chiefs have strengthened their squad in the attacking department with the acquisition of attacker, Gaston Sirino,” a club statement said.
“The Uruguayan has penned a two-year contract with the Glamour Boys.”
The Glamour Boys also confirmed Sam’s signing with the defender having been spotted at their Turkey pre-season training camp.
“Kaizer Chiefs have added another player to their squad with defender Bongani Sam joining the team from Orlando Pirates,” the statement added.
“The Glamour Boys have secured the 26-year-old left-back/winger on a 3-year contract, with a 1-year option.”
