France and Germany will meet in a friendly on Friday evening. There really isn’t much to pick
between the two sides as they head into this game in fine form, however, both will be without some key personnel.
France will be without Karim Benzema and Mathieu Valbuena who are both embroiled in a sex tape scandal. The Real Madrid centre-forward has been placed under judicial investigation in an alleged attempt to blackmail the Lyon forward over a sex video. Joachim Loew Mesut Ozil and Toni Kroos have both been allowed to stay at their clubs due to the lack of a winter break in England and Spain.
Recent head-to-heads have favoured Loew’s side, though France have been in excellent form of late. I’m tempted to back Germany for the win at 2/1, but I really do think this one will end in a draw.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t go anywhere near this sort of fixture, however, Argentina are without their two best players for the clash. Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero will both be missing through injury when the two South American giants lock horns at the Estadio Monumental Antonio Vespucio Liberti on Saturday morning. Neymar, who has been in sublime form for Barcelona of late, returns to the Brazilian squad having served his four-match ban for descent at the Copa America.
The Argentinians have endured a torrid start to their qualifying campaign having lost at home to Ecuador and drawn away to Paraguay. Brazil have fared slightly better, a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Chile in their first qualifier was followed up by a convincing 3-1 win at home to Venezuela. The Brazilians are favourable priced at 2/1 here, back them to get the win against a weakened and out of sorts Argentina side.

Both sides have had outstanding starts to their respective domestic campaigns with Saracens winning their first four Aviva Premiership clashes while Toulouse are six out of eight in the Top 14.
