The Buccaneers beat Maritzburg United 3-1 at Harry Gwala Stadium on Saturday to clinch their place in the last eight of the cup.
The victory set up a quarterfinal clash with the winner of the match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Polokwane City.
Zinnbauer was pleased to get through to the next round and warned against taking the competition lightly as they look towards the final stages.
“We’ll have to see what will happen in the next game,” the German said, according to Independent Media.
“The teams that will be in the next round are strong teams, so we cannot say that it will be easy to win the games or the title.
“We are just happy about the next round.
“We’ll have to see which opponent we’ll get. But for us, what’s important is to win the next game.
“It’s a long way to the final game, so firstly we’ll have to see what will happen in the next round of the competition.”
