Tuesday 19 April

Super Giants 21/20 | Tie 25/1 | Royal Challengers 82/100 (16:00)

Lucknow Super Giants should be delighted with their start to life in the IPL having won four of six matches to date.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore have a similar record but will want to win this one to get on top and position themselves as playoff challengers.

Skipper KL Rahul has been immense for LSG as they have found their feet in the IPL anchored by their captain.

Similarly, RCB have benefitted from strong leadership from Faf du Plessis who has taken over as the skipper.

The Super Giants were excellent in their weekend tie against the Indians. This will be close, but I think RCB will fall short.

Wednesday 20 April

Capitals 92/100 | Tie 25/1 | Kings 92/100

The Delhi Capitals play two matches in three days that have the potential to make or break their season.

Punjab Kings will want to avoid back to back defeats that would see them slide away from the top four.

The Capitals are off the pace having yet to build momentum in the tournament as their batters struggle.

Aiden Markram has proven a valuable member of the Punjab Kings lineup and his stint could be a great benefit to the Proteas.

While they’ve not see the competition alight, the Kings have been greatly improved. Back them to secure their fourth win of the tournament here.

Thursday 21 April

Indians 21/20 | Tie 35/1 | Super Kings 82/100 (16:00)

Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings will want to move away from the foot of the table.

The two most successful sides in IPL history have both made slow starts to the 2022 campaign.

Mumbai Indians lost crucial personnel and don’t appear to have got things right at the auction.

Chennai Super Kings have been closer to getting things right but have lost their way when the pressure is on.

This really could go either way. I’m leaning toward CSK who have at least picked up a solitary win this season.

Friday 22 April

Capitals | Tie | Royals (16:00) *betting tba

The Delhi Capitals will continue their bid to save their season when they meet the Rajasthan Royals on Friday.

The Royals are one of the form teams driven by superstar Jos Buttler’s excellent start.

Shimron Hetmyer has also established himself as a valuable member of the Royals outfit.

The Capitals need runs from the likes of David Warner to get their season back on track.

You can’t bet against a red-hot Royals outfit here.
