Her penultimate run when finishing third over 1450m on the Turffontein Inside course was promising. The daughter of Oratorio makes her way to PE and gets the ear muffs fitted for the first time. If suited to the polytrack, she should take a power of beating in this line-up.

FLYING THUNDER ran a good race in her local debut over 2200m on this course. She was slow into stride that day, but stayed on nicely at the finish. The daughter of Ideal World gets the services of Luyolo Mxothwa and should go one better here.

GREEN DRAGON’S last four starts have been good. She won a good race in her penultimate start over this C&D. She is likely to race up with the pace today and should be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.
Race 8: MESMERIZING MOON (1)

MESMERIZING MOON has produced two decent efforts since winning her maiden over this C&D. She raced from a handy position last time, but found one too good in the form of Stage Dance. The daughter of Legislate takes on slightly weaker company this afternoon and should get back to winning ways.

ALLURING showed massive improvement in her last start over this C&D. She was squeezed at the start, but the manner in which she finished off her race that day caught the eye. The daughter of Coup De Grace looks progressive and with a bit of luck in the early stages, she can cause the upset.
