Race 3

LESAGE has her hat-trick attempt here after winning her last start over this distance. She has a wide draw of nine, but the trio of wins is very much on the cards. DUNBRODY POWER drops in trip after two solid runs over six furlongs. She gets a set of blinkers fitted for the first time and if these have the desired effect, she could be the biggest danger to the former. MALEA MAGIC only tired late in her last outing over this distance and from draw five, she should be involved in the finish here. LONGBOTTOM won her last start over 1100M and will be hoping to complete the double today.

Race 4
SURREAL STEP won his last start over seven furlongs in soft going from the front and starting from a handy draw, he looks to be the value in the race. SUBPOENAED is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she has cracked pole position and was only beaten a head last time out over this c&d. OXFORD TYCOON has consistent formlines to his credit. He drops in trip from 1500M of his last outing where he finished third, just 2.3L behind the winner. MISS EINSTEIN is a 4yr old filly who only narrowly missed out on her hat-trick last time out over 1300M. she will be hoping to get back to winning ways here.

Race 5
MASKED CRUSADER is looking for his hat-trick today and the manner in which he has dispatched the opposition to record his last two victories would suggest that she will be difficult to topple here. SEGALAS is a 4yr old filly taking on males, but she is seldom too far off the winner. She drops back to six furlongs and has a wide draw to negotiate, but she is likely to be running on in the closing stages of the race. TROPHIES GALORE, on the other hand, will jump from gate two. She is another 4yr old filly who finished second in her last two runs over six furlongs and could possibly go one better today. MO’S CROWN is drawn one from the outside, but he won his penultimate outing over this distance and gets a set of blinkers fitted for the first time which should assist in keeping his mind on the job on hand.

Race 6
LAURE ME IN was only denied victory in the shadow of the post last time out over ten furlongs. From draw two, he will be hoping to go one better today. BOTTEGA has posted consistent formlines to his name and did finish second last time out over ten furlongs, just 1.3L behind the winner. He should put in another honest performance in this line-up. LOVESEAT is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys, but she finished well to win his last outing over 1500M and the increase in distance should not be an issue as she finished under a length behind the winner over 2100M three runs back. NEW ARRANGEMENT has finished close up in his last two starts over this c&d and should be involved in the finish once again.

Race 7
YULONG PRINCE is seldom far behind the action and raced wide last time out over this c&d and should have finished closer as a result. With better luck in running today, he should be right up there in the mix. THE LORD MAYOR clearly found the seven furlongs far too short for him last time out and will certainly enjoy going back over a staying distance. GREYSFUL GLAMOUR is a 4yr old filly taking on males, but she has put in two solid efforts at this venue in her last two outings and despite being drawn wide at twelve, she should not be discounted here. BOTTEGA is drawn even wider at gate fifteen, but his last effort over this c&d was encouraging and he should be included in all bets.

Race 8
GREYWORM made all the running to win his last start over the c&d and has proven form in soft underfoot conditions. He should be a big runner here despite jumping from a wide draw. SNITZ completed his hat-trick when winning last time out over the c&d and looks the immediate threat to the top choice. TACTICAL ADVANTAGE won his last outing over 1100M at this track when friendless in the betting market. He is not without a hope of completing the double here. DEPRIVE is consistent, but is held by the top selection on their last clash over this c&d and may have to settle for a minor place.

Race 9
GRAND PIANO and RAPIDO CHAPARRO renew their rivalry here. The former did finish half a length in front of the latter in their last clash over 1500M at this venue but is 2.5kgs worse off at the weights, which should be enough for that result to be reversed. However, the former is still preferred as the extra distance may suit him better and he is better drawn than the latter. DEALMAKER finished well when just beaten last time out over seven furlongs. He gets 1.5kgs taken off his back for his claiming apprentice and he may be able to pressurize the top two selections. WHITE BOOTS takes a big drop in distance, but he is likely to be closing in rapidly at the business end of affairs.
