Race 1
ROBYN’S FOLLY is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys. She has only had the two runs to date, finishing under two lengths behind the winner on both occasions. She returns from a 25-week break and has not had the benefit of a barrier trial, but if not too much in need of the outing, she could be the one to be with here. REALEZA finished just over three lengths behind the winner when making his debut over 1100M. He would have come on with the run and may be able to challenge the former for top spot. ALL OVA NOVA has also only had the one run when finishing 4.7L behind the winner over six furlongs. He too would have learnt from the experience and should be considered today. ILLUSION DATE has his first start and did put in a fair effort in his only barrier trial. Any betting support for him should be respected.

Race 2
ROME has his first run since a 16-week rest and his first for his new trainer. He showed marked improvement in his last run prior to the break when 1.6L behind the winner over six furlongs and if he has strengthened during his time away from the racetrack, he should be a big runner in this line-up. SACRED GODDESS is a 3yr old filly taking on males, but she was just 1.5L behind the winner last time out over this c&d and from gate two, she should pose a threat to the top choice. NADAS is a 4yr old filly who has cracked pole position. She drops back in trip after posting a solid effort over six furlongs last time out and should be involved in the finish here. HENRY’S REWARD showed some improvement in his last start and could be a danger in what is a very open event.

Race 3
DARENAY has only had the two runs and takes another step up in distance. He has finished the same 1.8L behind the winner on both of those outings and if taking to the extra ground, he should be right up there when they hit the line. HALO’S QUEST is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys, but she has consistent formlines to her credit and is very much one for the shortlist. NOT BY NATURE was 3.6L behind the winner when making his debut over seven furlongs. He is drawn in gate three and is sure to have come on with the run under his belt. LUCAS THE YOUNGER made good improvement when stepping up to the mile last time out and should be respected here despite having a wide draw to overcome.

Race 4
HANDSOME FIGHTER has shown gradual improvement when extending the distances of his races and put in his best effort to date in his last outing over this trip. He could be the one that they all have to beat here. CODE BLUE is a 3yr old filly taking on males and has her first outing since a 16-week rest. She will jump from gate three and have her first run for her new trainer, but if fully acclimatized to her new surroundings, she could feature here. LADYMORE returns from an even longer 55-week break and has not had a barrier trial, so her fitness will have to be taken on trust. She has only had the two runs to date and should have benefited from then rest. AMERICAIN TYPHOON returns from a 23-week rest and has the widest draw of them all, but if not too much in need of the outing, he should be considered for all bets.

Race 5
HIGHLY SKILLED is a 5yr old mare taking on the boys and has her first start after a 28-week rest but has had the benefit of a barrier trial. She drops to seven furlongs after finishing 0.8L behind in her last outing over 1500M which should be to her liking. BROTHER NED has a wide draw of nine out of twelve runners, but he should be right up there in the mix after being just 0.3L behind the winner last time out over this distance. COLD BEERS is a 4yr old filly who finished well to win her maiden race last time out over the c&d. She takes on stronger here but could be up to the task on hand. CHOUXTER will jump from a mid-field draw and should be doing his best work over the closing stages of the contest.

Race 6
HE’S THE REAL DEEL won his penultimate start over 1300M and was then only beaten one length next time out over the seven furlongs. He starts from gate two and should be right up there in the firing line. LADY DELIGHT is a 4yr old filly taking on males, but she won her maiden race last time out over 1300m in good fashion and although having a wide draw, she should be involved in the finish here. FIRST RESPONDER was only reeled in very late when just beaten a head last time out over 1300M. He will probably attempt similar tactics today and could prove difficult to peg back. LEILA’S STAR is a 5yr old mare who +returns from a 16 week rest. She was extremely disappointing in her last run over seven furlongs and was immediately rested. If not too much in need of the outing, she should be respected here.

Race 7
HELJAMI is a 3yr old filly taking on males, but she was a comfortable winner of her last start over seven furlongs to record her maiden victory. The step up to the mile should not present a problem. QUIET LUCKY has pulled pole position and was only beaten a head last time out over seven furlongs. He attracted plenty of betting support that day and will be looking to make amends here. KING OF VANDALS was slightly disappointing last time out over a mile, but he was forced to race wide that day and with better luck in running today, he could trouble the top two selections. ACCREDITATION is likely to be staying on late as he is faced with having to start from gate fifteen.

Race 8
MISS SKEPTICAL is a 5yr old mare facing the boys, but she was only beaten a head last time out over 1100M when showing good pace. She goes the extra distance here, but from draw three, she could hold off all challengers in the dash down to the wire. DINGA has consistent form over five furlongs and although drawn wideout at eleven, he could prove the biggest threat to the former. BOLD MISSILE showed good improvement in his last outing over this distance and if he has continued along that same path, he could feature in the finish today. CHORTOMIC was hampered in the closing stages of his last start and that run is best ignored. On some of his better runs, he could be a factor here.

Race 9
With the four late scratchings here, there is only one colt left in this race, so it looks like the fillies/mares will dominate the finish to this contest. The top pick goes to GRASSMERE MISS who was only narrowly beaten in her last run over five furlongs when friendless in the betting markets. She will be hoping to put her head in front where it matters most. FAREWELL GRETA has her first outing since a 28-week break and will have to jump from the widest draw. She did, however, win her penultimate start over the c&d and should be right up there when they reach the finishing post. COVERT MISS returns from a 14-week rest and takes a drop in distance, but this should not be an issue and she should not be lightly dismissed. RUBY EYES was a tad disappointing last time out, but she was only beaten by a half length in her penultimate start over the c&d and should be included in all bets.
