Race 2.
GEOVANNI has only had the two runs to date, but he showed the expected improvement second time out when stepping up to six furlongs. From his mid-field draw, he looks to be the one that they all have to beat. KOKOPO KITTY is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she showed good improvement last time out over six furlongs and jumping from her handy draw, she could be the biggest threat to the former. MORE THAN LIKELY is another 3yr old filly who has her third career start. She steps up to six furlongs after putting in two fair runs over five furlongs and may do better as a result. WINDCHILL is also a 3yr old filly. She showed marked improvement last time over this trip and has cracked pole position to aid her cause.
Race 3.
AROSEFORZOU is a 3yr old filly taking on males, but she has shown improvement in her last two outings over six furlongs and although she has a wideish draw, she should be staying on over the latter stages of the race. KENNEDY TERRACE drops back in journey after a slightly disappointing last effort over 1300M. He is not without a chance in this line-up. KAAYDEH is also a 3yr old filly. She has only had the one start and returns from a 20 week break, but she has a handy two draw and did put in a solid barrier trial to confirm her fitness. EL RANCHOS resumes after an even longer 24 week rest and has not had the benefit of a barrier trial. He has only had the two runs to date, but clearly did not take to the mile second time out and quickly returns to sprinting. He should be considered here.
Race 4.
YOUNGBLOOD was only beaten a head last time out over seven furlongs when returning from a 28 week rest. He has gate two and could be the one to side with here. PHOENIX RAIDER was only grabbed in the shadow of the post to be denied victory last time out over the mile and although draw wide at gate ten, he should be right up there when they hit the line. WILCARUISE was closing in strongly when just beaten 0.3L in his last outing over seven furlongs and is sure to appreciate the extra ground on offer today. BELLICOSE showed improvement last time out over seven furlongs when racing up with the leaders. He steps up to the mile here, but might prove difficult to reel in over the latter stages.
Race 5.
THE CHOSEN ONE has just had the two runs to date, but he won at the second time of asking over six furlongs when finishing strongly, suggesting that the seven furlongs will be to his liking. He jumps from gate five and is very much one for top honors. ROCK TOUR is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys. She finished second, one length behind the winner last time out over this c&d and is drawn one inside the former. She should be involved in the finish here. STEP ASIDE has the widest draw of them all, but he was staying on well when winning his maiden race last time out over the c&d. He takes on stronger here, but may just be up to the task on hand. ZOULOU DANCER is a 4yr old filly who ended up fifth, 3.3L behind the winner last time out over 1300M. She should not be overlooked in this field.
Race 6.
SEENTOOMANY is a 4yr old filly taking on males, but she was only beaten a length in her last start over 1300m and should have no problem coping with the extra distance today. TOP STRIKER improved last time out when stepping up to seven furlongs and should make his presence felt in this contest. CORAL BAY was not too far back in his last outing over six furlongs and a repeat of his penultimate effort over the c&d would make him a big danger to the top two selections. BRYNEICH returns from a 15 week break and drops back in trip after finishing a solid third last time out over a mile. He should be respected here.
Race 7.
SUGAR ZONE has consistent formlines to his credit and was only beaten a neck last time out over this c&d. He attracted plenty of betting support that day and he will be looking to make amends here, despite facing a wide draw. MUSIC AWARD won his last start over 1300M despite shifting around in the latter stages. He appears to be the immediate danger to the top choice. SO YOU SHOP was a length behind the victor in his last outing over six furlongs and should be considered here. FLAME PRINCESS is a 3yr old filly taking on males, but she showed good improvement last time out when stepping up to six furlongs and could enjoy going the extra ground today.
Race 8.
ENTERPRISE JACK has consistent form and will be hoping for that to be rewarded here. He finished second last time out over the mile and despite starting from a wideish draw, he looks to have a shout in what looks to be a very open looking contest. COULDN’T REFUSE drew clear to win his last outing over a mile and should be right up there in the mix. POWERING has drawn pole position and attempts his hat-trick here. He was a narrow winner of his last start over 1500M, but the trio of victories seems well within his reach. INDIAN DREAMER steps up in trip from his last two runs over seven furlongs. He has drawn twelve, but with Robbie Fradd in the irons, he will get all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
Race 9.
LOTSA SPIRIT returns from a lengthy 51 week break, during which time he was gelded. He has had the benefit of two barrier trials, winning the latest and should have plenty of supporters here. MORT DOYLE has his first run since a 23 week rest. He showed marked improvement in his last run over the c&d before the break and did put in an encouraging barrier trial to confirm this well-being. ADAMDEEANT drops down from 1100M where he finished second, 1.8L behind the winner, to five furlongs and although he has a wide draw to negotiate, he could use his early gate speed to get across without using up too much energy. SOCIALISING is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys and has her first run for her new trainer. She did however put in a solid barrier trial and if fully acclimatized to her new surroundings, she should be included in all bets.
