Southwell Best Bets

Race 3: BALLYQUIN (2) – 15/10
Trainer: Andrew Balding
Jockey: Josh Bryan

This progressive four-year-old is two from three on the all weather this year and comes here under a 6lb penalty for a decisive all the way success at Chelmsford. As long as he handles the deeper Fibresand surface he should follow up.
Sedgfield Best Bets
Race 3: JOKERS AND ROGUES (1) – 33/10
Trainer: Dianne Sayer
Jockey: Colin O’Farrell
Roxyfet and Lucarno Dancer go into this following recent wins but there must be a good chance of JOKERS AND ROGUES getting not an easy lead. The selection had the clear measure of Roxyfet over this course and distance earlier in the season and it might be best to put a line through his disappointing effort behind the same horse last month.
Wolverhampton Best Bets

Race 6: ROCKWOOD (12) – 11/2
Trainer: Karen McLintock
Jockey: Barry McHugh

Although the jury is out on how much ROCKWOOD likes the all-weather he looks attractively weighted in this and will be suited by the strong gallop that’s likely to materialise. Karen McLintock’s gelding is the old man of the 13-strong party but fancied to recoup the losses on him at Newcastle two weeks ago.
