Customers stand a chance to win their share of R20 000. Twenty (20) lucky winners will each win R1 000.
Simply take a bet, for any amount, on any of the races at Kenilworth racecourse on Cape Town Met Day, 30 January 2021, visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, once, for all your bets to be entered.
1.The competition runs between 25 – 30 January 2021.
2.Cut off time for entries is 18:55 on 30 January 2021.
3.Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4.A customer must place a bet of any amount on any of the races taking place at Kenilworth racecourse on 30 January 2021 through their online betting account, then visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their bets to be entered in order to qualify for the draw.
5.This competition is only available to clients who have an account with Hollywoodbets.
6.Entries are not limited; in order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying bet during the promo period.
7.Prizes include 20 x R1 000 cash.
8.The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
9.Draws to select the winners will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will supervised by an internal auditor.
10.If the winners have played the Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge for the Cape Town Met 2021 race meeting, their winnings will be doubled.
11.All winners will be announced on 1 February 2021.
12.The winners will be notified via SMS.
13.The cash prize will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account.
14.These cash prizes can be used as a betting voucher to take bets or withdrawn at the client’s discretion.
15.By entering the competition, you agree:
a.that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b.to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c.to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
16.A person may not win more than one prize in the competition.
17.Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
18.Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
19.This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
20.By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
21.Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
