SULTANAH has very good consistent form lines to her credit. She was not disgraced when taking on stronger company in her last start over a mile on this course. She raced from a handy position that day and stayed on well at the finish. The daughter of Vercingetorix will love the step up in distance and should take a power of beating.

Jockey: G Lerena – Trainer: S Tarry
CORDILLERA finished 1.75 lengths behind WAY OF THE WORLD last time. She is 2kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. She has won twice, finished second twice and third once from eight starts over this distance. She should strip much fitter today and can get back to winning ways.

KINGSLEY’S HEART produced a typical second run after a rest in the Listed Secretariat Stakes, four weeks ago. He has won once and finished second twice from as many starts over this c&d. He takes a drop in class this afternoon and should be cherry-ripe. He is likely to race up with the pace and may be hard to peg back.
