Trainer Stephanie Miller holds a strong hand in this non-black type handicap with the most interesting acquisition being the recently relocated SAINT MARCO. This five-year old bay gelding brings solid KZN form into this contest, including finishing just over two lengths adrift at listed level over a similar distance five weeks ago. Unfortunately, the runner-up Red Chesnut Road fluffed his lines next time out but this son of Antonius Pius is well-handicapped and is the stable elect. That said, he races on this surface for the first time.

QUEEN AT WAR can build on her two improved comeback runs after an eleven week break. The chestnut mare drops slightly in class and she can stake a huge claim from her good draw.
