GO GO GO has placed in his last four outings and a first career win looks to be overdue. He had plenty of followers last time and will be looking to make amends. CASA LEGEND won his last start and remains in Class 5. The only concern is the wide draw.
13:35 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1650m

WINNING STEPS was beaten narrowly last time over nine furlongs. He drops back to a mile and should give another good account of himself. BRAVE WITNESS hasn’t finished far off the winner in his last three starts. He has cracked pole and must be strongly considered in this Class 4 contest.

HAROLD WIN is lightly raced and finished just under a length behind Parterre last time. It will be no surprise to see him win in this type of field. WOOD ON FIRE is a course and distance specialist. He produced a fair last effort behind Packing Hermod and should be involved in the shake-up.

CAMINO followed up his recent win well when beaten a length by Travel Golf. He is in a good space and should be one of the leading contenders. GIANT LEAP turned his form around last start. He has cracked a neat draw and should give the top selection a good run for his money.
15:05 – Race 6 | Class 2 | 1650m
Selections: 1/6/7
HELENE FEELING is the class package in the race. He looks nicely weighted on his latest run behind OUTGATE and should be able to challenge this group. YELLOWFIN has a solid record over this distance and could be one to fill the exacta spot. BERLIN TANGO is next in line.
15:35 – Race 7 | Class 4 | 1200m

LEAN MASTER’S last three starts over this course and distance have been good. He is likely to race on the speed and should be difficult to peg back in the run down to the line. GIMME FIVE produced a good second-place finish behind Hayday last time and it is encouraging that Karis Teetan has kept faith in the ride.

YOUTHFUL SPIRITS won his last start in style defeating HAPPY UNITED. He has cracked a neat draw and on form is difficult to oppose. KA YING CHEER has finished close-up behind the winner in his last two starts. He is nicely handicapped and should be right there at the business end.

IVY LEAGUE finished a neck behind ROMANTIC LAOS in his penultimate start. He is 2kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits in the lucky last. HAMERON reunites with Luke Ferraris. He has cracked a neat draw and has the form to run into the placings.
