ADORABLE ALLEY showed good improvement when stepping up to this distance for her third run. She was only run out of it very late and may have won the race had she not shifted in the closing stages. She will be partnered by Samuel Mosia who has enjoyed considerable success in these workriders events in the past.

Jockey: W Kennedy – Trainer: C Dawson
LITTLE RAIN is the only runner on the day from the Candice Dawson yard. She has finished second in her last two starts, the latest of which was over this c&d. She will be hoping to go one better today. Her stable have been amongst the winners recently and it is always encouraging when Warren Kennedy keeps faith in the ride.

BEFORE NOON has consistent staying form to his credit. He ran on strongly over 2600M to only be denied victory in the shadow of the post. Gavin Lerena has ridden him in his last two runs, so he knows the gelding well.

ISLE DE FRANCE is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys, but she was running on strongly last time out over 1450M. If starting her run sooner this afternoon, she may be able to get the better of all the males.
