RACE 1 – Time: 06:00 | Class 5 Handicap | 1400m

SEE YAH drops slightly in the weights this weekend after a strong second-last start coming off three good runs which have resulted in two wins. Loves this distance. MALIBU BEACH from the Ricardo Le Grange yard is much better than his last run. The son of Malibu Beach enjoys this distance and must be respected here.

RACE 2 – Time: 06:30 | Restricted Maiden | 1200m

Selections: 6/2/1

SILO brings race experience which will hold him in high regard. Gets the inside draw and Pinheiro should give him a positive ride from there. BIG MAX has Nunes on board who has been doing a fair bit of work including two recent trials where he been satisfactory for his debut. Perfect draw in barrier three should see him settle well.

RACE 3 – Time: 07:00 | Class 4 Handicap | 1200m

Selections: 4/2/1

LIM’S STRAIGHT was terribly unlucky last start over this course and distance to go down to Invincible Tycoon. Draws a little bit wide here but the last start was too good to not respect him big time here. THUNDER STAR has been around the mark of late. Gets the booking of Manoel Nunes who has been with this horse the whole journey, working his way towards a win.

RACE 4 – Time: 07:30 | Class 5 Handicap | 1200m

Selections: 3/1/8

RICH FORTUNE brings the best form out of any of these runners in his most recent starts so he must be considered a top prospect here. Just has to repeat his last two performances and he’ll be in with a shout. SUPERIOR COAT trailed up in very nice style to win his heat back on the 25 May. He now sits just one rating point higher than his last win back in April of last year. Watch any betting moves.

RACE 5 – Time: 08:00 | Class 4 Handicap | 2000m

Selections: 8/4/1

TONY’S LOVE loves this distance and was terribly unlucky last time out to go down a short-head. Rarely runs out of the top two and he is weighted to run a big race here. MARIANA TRENCH won the last time he competed in this distance and grade. The more ground the better and a top-three finish wouldn’t be out of the question.

RACE 6 – Time: 08:30 | Class 5 Handicap | 1200m

Selections: 1/2/3

EIGHT BALL gets back to class five where he won in the past off a rating of 53 on that occasion. Should get plenty of support in the market and has great stats over this course and distance. LIM’S ZOOM returns to a competitive class in which he won back in March. He must be respected here.

RACE 7 – Time: 09:00 | Class 5 Handicap | 1400m

Selections: 2/9/8

CHOSEN ONE has enjoyed both of his career wins have been over this distance. He sits two rating points higher than his last victory and finds himself in a very open division of this race. GAMELY should show the early speed to dictate the race and his last win was very brave to finish in second place. Finds it very hard to win but he is as consistent as they come.

RACE 8 – Time: 09:30 | Class 2 Handicap | 1100m

Selections: 3/2/1

GENERAL COMMAND has only missed the winner’s box on one occasion. This doesn’t look as deep of a race as the last time he contested Class 2 going down to Silent Is Gold. Will need a bit of luck from the draw but he will be the short-priced favourite. ILLUSTRIOUS up to Class 2 after a super dominant Class 3 win. Faces a slightly tougher field but is drawn well enough to lead. Must be respected.

RACE 9 – Time: 10:00 | Class 5 Handicap | 1700m

Selections: 1/4/2

LION SPIRIT strong win last start after being held up for a run on top of the straight. Strikes a similar race with a little more weight and a tougher gate. Confidence from that last win should be high, good chance to do it all again. TIGAROUS still looking for that class 5 win since returning to the grade. The wide draw is a slight concern, but he is started to be weighted so well that leaving him out is just not an option.

Race 10 – Time: 10:30 | Group 3 | 1200m

Selections: 2/3/1

KING ARTHUR is weighted incredibly well for this race. Carries 53.5kg with the claiming rider who has ridden him to multiple wins already. Poorly away last start but with his record, it’s hard to not give him another chance. MR MALEK has never missed the top four in his seven appearances over this course and distance with three of those being wins. His run in the Kranj Mile was enormous and despite dropping in trip, comes into this with plenty of added fitness, big chance.

Race 11 – Time: 11:00 | Class 4 Handicap | 1100m

COSMIC DANCER draws a horrible gate this weekend for a horse who likes to lead but it didn’t stop him on his last start from winning well. Goes for the Hat-trick. GREATHAM GIRL is drawn in pole position this weekend. She is weighted very well with the stable apprentice going on board and looks set to run a good race.
