WONDER KIT finished alongside SUPREME LUCKY in a competitive finish last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t too much separating them in the run down to the line. MR ASCENDENCY is the class-package in the race and must be included in all bets.

The Douglas Whyte-trained GENERAL WINNER has finished runner-up behind Master Of All in his last two starts. He comes in with a light weight and can notch up his first career win. TACTICAL COMMAND produced a good second-place finish last time. He should find a nice-rails run from pole and can challenge the top selection.

URBAN TRIUMPH finished just under a length behind AWESOME TREASURE last time. He is 2kgs better off at the weights which should be enough to turn the tables. However, AWESOME TREASURE remains in Class 4 and it will be no surprise to see him make it quick back-to-back wins. SMART LEADER is next best.

KING MILES finished half a length behind Awesome Treasure last time and it will be interesting to see if the form line is given a boost in Race 4. He should love the rise to 1400m. YOUNG HORIZON has fair recent form lines to his credit. He has cracked pole and the handy galloping weight will help.
12:30 – Race 6 | Class 3 | 1200m

JAMES TAK has a solid record on this course. He is in a good space and should take a power of beating. STELLAR EXPRESS finished 2.8 lengths behind the top selection in his penultimate start. The pair meet on the same weight terms and he may have to settle for the same result. THRIVING BROTHERS is next in line.
13:05 – Race 7 | Class 4 | 1200m

STEPS AHEAD finished a neck behind HAYDAY on debut. He is nicely weighted and should come on nicely with that run under the belt. LUCY IN THE SKY is holding his condition well. He finished second behind Glory Elite last time and another good run is expected. PRINCE OF PORTY was a beaten favorite in his last start. He has a wide draw to overcome but is capable of winning in this line-up.
13:35 – Race 8 | Group 3 | 1600m

ATULLIBIGEAL was just beaten by TAJ DRAGON last time. He is 4kgs better off at the weights and can turn the tables on his recent conqueror. GALAXY PATCH ran against stronger in a Group 1 last time and a repeat of his BMW Hong Kong Derby effort should see him finish in the money.
14:10 – Race 9 | Group 3 | 1200m

MUGEN finished 2.2 lengths behind INVINCIBLE SAGE in a Group 1 last time. There is a significant weight turnaround and the 5-year-old chestnut definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. KA YING RISING won impressively in Class 2 last time and he may still be ahead of the handicapper at this stage of his career.

TOP SCORER has been knocking on the door. Hugh Bowman has picked up the ride and may be able to coax a little bit extra out of him where it matters most. SMART FIGHTER finished half a length behind Celtic Times in his last outing. He has cracked a neat draw and can give the top selection a good run for his money.
