Champions Day Campaign

Valid from 25 March – 6 April 2024

Customers stand a chance to win a share of R50 000 in cash. Simply take a bet for R50 or more on the Turffontein race meeting for 6 April 2024, visit www.hollywoodbets.net and opt in on the promotions page for all your qualifying bets to be entered.

1. The competition runs between 25 March – 6 April 2024.
2. The competition ends on 6 April 2024 at the start of the 10^th race at Turffontein.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. Simply take a bet for R50 or more on the Turffontein race meeting for 6 April 2024, visit www.hollywoodbets.net and opt in on the promotions page for all your qualifying bets of R50 and over, to be entered.
5. All bets taken on final field markets and ante-post markets (Jonsson Workwear Computaform Sprint Ante-Post, WSB SA Derby Ante-Post, Empress Club Stakes Ante-Post, Premier’s Champions Challenge Ante-Post) for Turffontein 6 April will be eligible for entry into the promotion.
6. This competition is only available to clients that have an account with Hollywoodbets and persons who bet at a Hollywoodbets branch anywhere in South Africa.
7. The distribution of the R50 000 in cash will be broken down into 50 winners each receiving R1 000 (per winner).
8. The cash prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account and can be withdrawn. Retail customers who do not have a Hollywoodbets account will be required to sign up an account to receive their prize.
9. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
10. Draw to select the winners will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team members and will supervised by an internal auditor.
11. The winners will be notified via SMS/phone call.

13. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

14. A person may not win more than one prize in the competition.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
18. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
19. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
20. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
21. Entrants by virtue of participation understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
