FIND THE HIDDEN SHARKIE’S SOCIAL COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers stand a chance to win 2 double tickets and a Hollywood Bunny Bar voucher for the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs Edinburgh social competition.

Customers can enter by screenshotting the findings of the Sharkie Mascot in the comments section of the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets X as well as Facebook SA Page.

Customers must find the Sharkie Mascots on the original post and screenshot their findings and post them in the comments section.

1. The competition runs from 26 – 28 March
2. The competition ends on the 28 March 2024 at 08:00 am.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes 2 double tickets to the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs Edinburgh as well as a Hollywood Bunny Bar voucher.
5. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries. The winner will be announced on 28 March 2024.
6. Contestants can enter by sending their screenshots of their Sharkie findings on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets X and Facebook Page. Customers must find all correct Sharkie Mascots to stand a chance to win the prizes for the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs Edinburgh game.
7. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
8. Draw to select the winner will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on 28 March 2024.
9. The winner will be notified via Hollywoodbets’ X or Hollywoodbets Facebook page.
10. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. That Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,

11. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
