This Hollywood Bunny Bar
competition will run from 1 – 31 December 2020.
The competition is open to all
our social media followers on facebook and Instagram excluding
Hollywood/Winning Form Group Team Members (this includes all companies within
the group i.e. BET; Star Factory; Winning Form etc.)
This competition
is valid for all who tag @HollywoodBunnyBar and use the hashtag
#HollywoodBunnyBar on facebook and Instagram.
Entries must be received by 12pm
on 31st December 2020 (the “Closing Date”). Hollywood Bunny Bar
accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, not viewable or
corrupted.
There will be 4 winners selected randomly who will each win
a Bunny Duo voucher which consists of 2 x lamb bunnies + 1L coke only.
Vouchers are non-transferable and
cannot be exchanged for cash.
The value of each voucher amounts
to R170.
Winners will be announced on
Monday, 4 January 2021 on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
Hollywood Bunny Bar reserves the
right of use of the winning participants image and/or comment/s.
The decision will be final.
The winner will be sent a private
message on social media requesting their full name, ID number, cellphone number
and an email address.
The voucher will be emailed to
the winner within 5 working days.
The voucher must be presented
(physically or electronically) upon redemption.
The vouchers will be valid until 31
March 2021.
The voucher will be valid for one
person only.
The voucher will be valid for one
purchase only.
The voucher will only be valid
for redemption at Hollywoodbets Springfield Park, Hollywoodbets Argyle or
Hollywood Bunny Bar Springfield Retail Centre.
A person may not win more than
one prize for the duration of the competition.
Hollywood Bunny Bar reserves the
right to cancel or withdraw this offer or change any of its terms and
conditions at any time and without cause or notice. Hollywood Bunny Bar also
reserves the right to disallow certain parties from taking part in the
competition at its discretion.
Every entrant participating in
the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms
and conditions by virtue of their participation.
Hollywood Bunny Bar and its
authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the
competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect
thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you
hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Bunny
Bar or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any
recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Bunny Bar or its authorised
agents.

publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such
promotional activities.
By entering and participating
and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners
hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywood Bunny Bar (including its
subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees,
agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or
liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind
resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in
the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or
participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants
of Hollywood Bunny bar or any other person who directly or indirectly controls
