Hollywoodbets Durban July Experience

Valid from 01 May – 30 June 2023

Customers stand a chance to win 1 of 5 Hollywoodbets Durban July experiences for themselves and a partner, or a share of R100 000 in cash.

How to enter:

Customers must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher for R50 or more, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account and OPT in once on the promotions page.

Branch

Customers must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher for R50 or more, SMS the word “HDJ’’ and ‘’voucher serial” to 45294. SMS costs R1 each, free SMSs do not apply.

1. The competition runs from 01 May – 30 June 2023.
2. Entries Close 30 June 2023. (Final Draw date- 30 June 2023)
3. All SMS entries close 29 June 2023.
4. Please retain voucher slip for all SMS entries.
5. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
6. Every Top Up Voucher counts as one entry into the competition and each voucher can only be used once.
7. A customer can use a Holly Top Up Voucher, 1Voucher, Blu Voucher, OTT Voucher or an EasyLoad Voucher to Top Up their accounts and enter.
8. Entries are unlimited. One Voucher = 1 Entry.
9. The prizes include 1 of 5 trips, for the winner and a partner to the Hollywoodbets Durban July or a share of R100 000 in cash.
10. The prize includes travel, accommodation, airport transport and Hollywoodbets suite tickets. Anything above this would be a cost for the winners own account.
11. The draws to announce the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on the below dates:

• Draw 1: 11 May 2023 (3 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 2: 16 May 2023 (3 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 3: 24 May 2023 (3 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 4: 01 June 2023 (5 x VIP Hollywoodbets Durban July Experience Trips)
• Draw 5: 08 June 2023 (2 x R5 000 cash prizes and 3 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 6: 15 June 2023 (2 x R5 000 cash prizes and 4 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 7: 22 June 2023 (2 x R5 000 cash prize and 4 x R2 500 cash prizes)
• Draw 8: 30 June 2023 (2 x R5 000 cash prizes and 4 x R2 500 cash prizes)

12. The trip is only valid for travel over the Hollywoodbets Durban July and cannot be redeemed at any other time, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. The Hollywoodbets Durban July suite access tickets are only valid for entry at the event and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
15. The winners will be notified via phone call by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team member and will supervised by an Internal Auditor.
16. The winners will need to provide us with an activated Hollywoodbets account, a cell phone number and address to claim the prize.
17. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
18. By entering the competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition, to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners, to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
21. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
22. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
23. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
