Terms and conditions for the #HollywoodCyberMonday promotion taking place on the Hollywoodbets Twitter page.
The #HollywoodCyberMonday (“the competition”) runs between 30 November 2020 08h00 – 30 November 2020 15h00 “(the promotional period”).
Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
The competition is valid for social (Twitter) customers only.
To participate in the competition, the contestant must retweet, follow and comment on the official #HollywoodCyberMonday post from the official Hollywoodbets Twitter page.
Only one entry per person will be counted as valid. If the contestant enters more than once, only the first entry will be considered and edited entries will be considered invalid.
The winners will win the below;
•09:30 – Hollywoodbets branded power bank & a R200 betting voucher
•11:00 – Sound bar & a R200 betting voucher
•12:30 – 50” Skyworth TV
•14:00 – R500 betting voucher
•15:00 – Hollywoodbets branded power bank & a R200 betting voucher
The winner will be required to provide their Hollywoodbets account number, cellphone number and physical or residential address in order to claim the prize.
By entering your comment, you agree:
•To grand Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later
•That Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
•To receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
Prizes are subject to change to another item to the same value should we not be able to source the prize.
The prize is not transferable.
The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
The winnersof the TV will be required to produce a valid TV license.
The winners will be notified via Twitter.
The betting vouchers won in this promotion must be turned over once at odd of 05. (5/10) before being withdrawn.
Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.
Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
