1. The competition runs between 1 December 2019 00:00 – 31 December 2019 23:59.
2. Cut off time for entries is 23h59 on the 31 December 2019.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
4. Top Up Vouchers may be purchased between 1 December 2019 00:00 – 31 December 2019 23:59.
5. Top Up Vouchers can only be used once i.e. one entry will be valid for every R20 or more Holly Top Up Voucher purchased.
6. In order for the entry to be counted as a valid entry, the contestant must have purchased a Holly Top Up Voucher from a participating Rhino store worth R20 or more and redeemed it into their Hollywoodbets account.
7. Entries are not limited.
8. The prize winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
9. Winners are limited to one prize only throughout the competition. The prizes include two R500 Rhino shopping vouchers per Rhino store.
10. Thirty-eight (38) Rhino stores across the county will be participating in the competition.
11. Two winners from each store will be announced at the end of the month. Draws will be done in-store. Draws to select the winners will take place at a Rhino store supervised by an internal auditor from Hollywoodbets.
12. Any and all reasonable steps will be taken in order to contact a winner. However, if for any reason the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period (Thirty (30) minutes) from date of the draw, the winner will be disqualified, and their prize will be forfeited. If necessary, a second draw will be held where the procedure as set out above will be repeated.
13. Seventy-six (76) winners will be announced at the end of the month of November.
14. Hollywoodbets will be managing the winners’ prize vouchers, with Rhino solely the provider of those vouchers. The prize vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Prize vouchers may be used as cash to pay for goods in-store.
15. The prize is non-transferrable.
16. By entering the competition, you agree: a. that Hollywoodbets and Rhino may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
17. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
18. Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.
19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and Rhino or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets or Rhino (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
