STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A NISSAN NP200 BAKKIE OR YOUR SHARE OF R150 000 IN CASH!

Customers stand a chance to win a Nissan NP200 bakkie or a share of R150 000 in cash.
Competition takes place from 15 August to 02 October 2023.
1. To participate/qualify in the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to
the value of R50 or more from any Spar store and redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account.
Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.net and opt in on the promotions page, in order
to be entered into the competition.
2. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
3. Each Holly Top Up Voucher can only be entered once into the competition.
4. Forty-seven (47) winnerswill be randomly selected via all drawsfrom valid entries.
5. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by
an Internal Auditor on the below dates, and the participants stand a chance to win one of the
following prizes:
➢ Draw 1 – 21 August 2023 – (9) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(3 x R2 000, 3 x R3 000 and 3 x R5 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 2 – 28 August 2023 – (6) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(2 x R3 000, 2 x R5 000 and 2 x R2 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 3 – 04 September 2023 – (9) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(3 x R2 000, 3 x R3 000 and 3 x R5 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 4 – 11 September 2023 – (6) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(2 x R2 000, 2 x R3 000 and 2 x R5 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 5 – 18 September 2023 – (8) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(3 x R2 000, 3 x R3 000 and 2 x R5 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 6 – 26 September 2023 – (8) winners will be randomly selected via a draw to win
(3 x R2 000, 3 x R3 000 and 2 x R5 000 in Cash)
➢ Draw 7 – 02 October 2023 – (1) winner will be randomly selected via a draw to win a
(Nissan NP200 bakkie)
6. The winners will be contacted telephonically by a Hollywoodbets representative on the abovementioned datesto claim their prizes.
7. Winners may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
8. Entries are unlimited.
9. The Nissan NP200 bakkie is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Hollywoodbets will not insure the vehicle.
11. Vehicles will be handed to winner with a full tank of petrol.
12. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any faults, damages or injury regarding the vehicle and
competition.
13. Hollywoodbets is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance, services or any other
potential liability pertaining to the vehicle.
14. The vehicle will be branded for 6 months in Hollywoodbets branding.
15. The winners must allow Hollywoodbets a reasonable time period to arrange for the vehicle to be
ordered, registered and licensed in their names and must provide Hollywoodbets with all the
information and original documentation required for this purpose, including Identity
Documents together with a valid driver’s license in respect of the winner or their nominated
driver.
16. Hollywoodbets will only cover the cost of flat-bedding the vehicle to a major centre within
South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town) where the winner will need to collect their
prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
17. Prizes are subject to change to another item of the same value should Hollywoodbets not be
able to source the prizes.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
19. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
20. By entering the competition, you agree:
a) that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposesof
theCompetition; and
b) to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
21. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name and
photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such
promotional activities.
22. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary,suspend, postpone or terminate
the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any
reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or
expectations, which youmay have against Hollywoodbets orits authorised agents andacknowledge
that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbetsorits authorised
agents.

24. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and
acceptedthese terms and conditions by virtue oftheir participation.
25. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees,
agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and SPAR or any other person who directly or indirectly
controls oris controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners,
business partners orimmediate familymembers of allthe above.
26. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or
winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries,
associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents,suppliers andcontractorsfrom
and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or
damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the
competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize and/or participation (or nonparticipation) in a prize-related activity.
27. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
