Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. The Stand a chance to win R250 000 worth of daily prizes competition (“the Competition”) runs from 1 October 2021 at 0:00am to 19 November 2021 at 23:59pm (“the promotional period”).
   2. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
   3. To participate in the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more from any Pick ‘n Pay store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account. Thereafter they must visit hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition.
   4. Each Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more can only be entered once into the competition.
   5. Participants must have a valid Hollywoodbets mobile betting account.
   6. To qualify for the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more from any Pick ‘n Pay store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account during the competition period. Thereafter, participants must visit hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition.
   7. One winner will be randomly selected each day via a draw from all valid entries which will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an Internal Auditor from 2 October 2021 to 20 November 2021.
   8. The winners will be contacted telephonically to claim their prize. The prize will either be delivered to the winner or the winner can collect their prize from the closest Hollywoodbets branch for a handover.
   9. The winner’s prize will be awarded to them as soon as it is available for delivery.
   10. A total of fifty (50) lucky winners will be selected over the promotional period.

   12. Entries are unlimited. Every Holly Top Up Voucher purchased to the value of R50 or more from any Pick ‘n Pay store will be an additional entry provided it is purchased and redeemed during the competition period.
   13. Once the winner has been randomly selected via a draw, another draw will be conducted to randomly select the winner’s prize from the above-mentioned list of prizes.
   14. The winner’s will be announced on the day of the draw.
   15. The winners have 5 business days from being contacted to avail themselves for the handover.
   16. The winners of the TV will be required to produce a valid TV license or they will need to nominate someone with a valid TV license to register the TV on their name.
   17. By entering the competition, you agree:
   • that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
   • to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
   • to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
   18. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
   19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
   20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
   21. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and Pick n Pay or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and Pick n Pay or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
   23. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and Pick n Pay (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
   24. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
   25. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the Limpopo Gambling Board. Alternatively, the Complainant can forward any unresolved disputes to the Limpopo Gambling Board on 015 230 2300.
