Terms and Conditions – Hollywoodbets Super Subs Campaign

Stand a chance to have one of the Super Sub Stars sub in for you while you watch soccer.

While you watch the soccer game, the Super Sub will do the activities or chores that would have hindered you from watching the game.

Customers can enter the competition by commenting in the comments section of the original competition post, on our Hollywoodbets social media pages. Customers will be required to inform Hollywoodbets of what activity or chore is hindering them from watching the soccer game and why they need a Super Sub.

1. The Hollywoodbets Super Sub campaign commences on 21 November 2022.
   
   
2. The Hollywoodbets Super Sub campaign ends in May 2023.
   
   
3. To enter, customers will be required to inform Hollywoodbets of what activity or chore is hindering them from watching the soccer game and why they need a Super Sub.
   
   
4. 14 winners will be selected throughout the competition.
   
   
5. The winners will be contacted via our social media pages.
   
   
6. Customers can enter the competition every Monday before one of the below matches:

7. Once the winner has been chosen, the Super Sub will partake in the requested activity.

8. The activity that the Super Sub will be required to perform must be within reason.

9. The winner will be required to record a video with the Super Sub on the day of the soccer game.

10. The Super Sub video will be posted every Monday on our Hollywoodbets social media pages after the soccer game, on the following dates:

12. The Super Sub video publishing dates are subject to change.
    
    
13. The winners will be selected by a Hollywoodbets Team Member during the week of the soccer game.

14. The selection of winners will be supervised by an Internal Auditor from the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office.

15. In the unfortunate event that the winner is unable to take part in the recording of the Super Sub video, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.
    
    
16. A person may not win more than one prize during the promotional period.
    
    
17. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
    
    
18. There are no entry fees to participate in this competition.
    
    
19. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition, Hollywoodbets Privacy Notice can be found here – https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy; and
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets sponsors and partners.
   
   

20. The winners agree to be part of the post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
    
    
21. In the event the winner has already been publicised on our platforms and thereafter wishing to withdraw their consent, we will not delete/remove the content already posted. We will not make any future publications of content which features the winner.
    
    
22. Every contestant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
    
    
23. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
    
    
24. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the contestant, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
    
    
25. Hollywoodbets do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implied, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a contestants entry or participation in the Competition will necessarily result in such contestant winning a prize or that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet a contestants requirements, preferences, standards or expectation.
