Lazio missed out on an opportunity to close in on top-placed
Juventus when they shockingly lost to bottom-placed Lecce. That was their
second defeat in a row as they had succumbed 3-0 to resurgent AC Milan a few
days earlier. Sassuolo come into this one off the back of a three-match winning
streak and they remain unbeaten in their last five league games. The momentum
is with the visitors hence I’m backing them.

AC Milan the last time out. I had backed Cristiano Ronaldo to score for a fifth
game running and he did. Atalanta are on an 11-match winning streak across all
competitions, including the UEFA Champions League and which has stretched their
unbeaten run to 13 games. I will once again refrain from choosing a winner here
and predict CR7 to find the back of the net.
