SHORT SKIRT FLIRT has been a revelation since her relocation to this centre and clearly loves the sand surface. She has posted three wins from five starts here, the last being over this trip. From her good draw, she looks to be the one to side with.

CUTTING EDGE ran on well after being slow into stride last time out over this distance. He has a wide draw to negotiate, but he is likely to be dropped out early and then pick off the frontrunners in the home straight, so this may not be a problem.

LE TIGRE didn’t have things go his way last time out, when he stumbled at the start, but he ran on well to win by a head. He was also coughing that day, which makes the victory that much more pleasing. His overall form is consistent and he could complete the double here.

MIGHTY GEMINI stayed on well in his last start over seven furlongs and was narrowly beaten in his penultimate outing over 1300M. From his handy draw, he could be the right one with Diego de Gouveia retaining the ride.
