Winning Form Best Bets
Race 1: LEPRECHAUN (1)
Race 2: SALVADORA (7)
Race 4: DI ME (1)
Race 6: OMEGA ONSLAUGHT (3)
Magic Tips Best Bets

Race 1: LEPRECHAUN (1)

Jockey: G Cheyne – Trainer: A Greef
LEPRECHAUN has his peak run here and his third for his new trainer since relocating from Gauteng. He drops back to sprinting after his last outing over a mile where he was only run out of it very late. Both those runs were on this surface, so he clearly has taken to the poly. He started a short-priced favourite that day, so will be hoping to make amends this afternoon.
TOP BET
Race 3: ALL THE STARS (6)
Jockey: G Cheyne – Trainer: A Greef
ALL THE STARS understandably raced green when making her debut over five furlongs, but she was running on well at the business end of the race and on that, she should enjoy going over the extra distance. She started odds on that day, so had clearly been showing good work at home. She would have learnt from the experience and looks to be the one to side with here.

Race 4: DI ME (1)

Jockey: C Maujean – Trainer: Tara Laing

DI ME brings consistent recent form into this race. He was staying on in his last outing over five furlongs to prove his well-being and has posted all three of his wins so far over this distance. From a handy draw, another honest performance from the gelding can be expected.

Race 5: ESCAPE TO VEGAS (6)

Jockey: L Ferraris – Trainer: D McKenzie

ESCAPE TO VEGAS has her peak run here. Her two comeback outings over this trip were solid as she finished second in her first run back and won her last start on the grass. She has a wide draw to overcome, but she can be expected to be right up there in the dash down to the line.

VALUE BET
Race 8: I LOVE MAMBO (5)
Jockey: G Cheyne – Trainer: A Greef
I LOVE MAMBO is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys and does have her first run since an 11 week rest, but she only just failed to complete her hat-trick last time out over the c&d. She will be looking to get back to winning ways here. It is encouraging that stable jockey Greg Cheyne has kept faith in the ride.
