Race 4.
HARRINGTON has made solid improvement on his last two outings and finished strongly to end up in third place, just over a length behind the winner last time out over five furlongs, this despite coming three wide into the straight. The gelding jumps from a handy draw two and is taken to be the value bet on the day’s card. FIZZ is a 5yr old mare taking on the boys and returns from a 44 week break, but did finish third in her only barrier trial to prove her well-being. She has cracked pole position and has her first run for her new trainer. If fully settled into her new surroundings, she could emerge as the biggest danger to the top choice. ANNMARIE is a 6yr old mare who has her first run after a 14 week rest, but has not had the benefit of a barrier trial, so her fitness will have to be taken on trust. She drops in trip after finishing fourth in her last outing over 1500M and will also be having her first run for her new conditioner. She should not be lightly dismissed in this line-up.

Race 5.
MORENO showed marked improvement to win his last start over this distance when putting six lengths between himself and the opposition. He was returning from a 17 week rest that day and the break certainly seems to have been just what he needed. If confirming that effort today, he could be the one that they all have to beat. HOLY FREEZE finished second in his latest outing over five furlongs, just under a length off the victor, despite being hampered at the 500M mark. He has his first start for his new trainer and is sure to put his pole position to good use. ZEBLAN is a 3yr filly taking on males and returns from a 30-week break, but she has put in two encouraging barrier trials. She missed out on her hat-trick when disappointing last time out over six furlongs and was immediately moved to a new trainer. She has her first outing for the stable here and will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways today.

Race 6.
TA CHANSON followed up his penultimate run victory over five furlongs with a second-place finish over the same c&d, just a short head behind the winner when making good late progress, suggesting that he should appreciate the extra ground on offer here. With the one late scratching, he is now drawn the widest of them all, but he is likely to be dropped out of the race in the early stages and should be picking off the front runners over the closing stages of the contest. PALLADIAN has shown good improvement in his last two runs and stayed on well to finish sixth last time out over five furlongs, 2.6L behind the winner. From gate five, he could threaten the top pick. MR TINDALL had to be checked at the 150M marl last time out over seven furlongs and should have finished closer to the winner as a result. With better luck in running here, he should be involved in the finish.

Race 7.
GETOUT OF MY NEIGH is seldom far off the action and finished third in his last outing over 1100M, just over two lengths back from the winner. He will have to negotiate a wide draw ten, but he is likely to turn in another honest performance today. PETITE ELLE is a 7yr old mare taking on boys, but she raced in steel shoes last time out when ending up in third place, just a neck behind the winner. She jumps from gate four and should be right up there when they hit the line. I FEEL REAL is a 3yr old mare who made late progress in her last run over 1300M when returning from a 17-week break. She has a wide draw of eleven to overcome, but she should be doing her best work late. TRUMP ME is drawn one outside the latter and was finishing well when fifth last time out over this distance. On that effort, he should be included in all bets.

Race 3.
Three 3yr old fillies look like they will dominate the finish to this race and complete the trifecta, but the top choice goes to the consistent AL SAHARA who hit the front as she entered the home straight and then only failed by a head to hang on for victory last time out over 1500M. She attracted plenty of betting support that day and although facing draw seven today, she will be looking to make amends here. ALL TOO RIO has shown gradual improvement in her last three runs and was making good late progress to end up in second place last time out over seven furlongs. She jumps from a kinder draw four and could be the biggest danger to the top choice. BELLA VIOLET was hampered at the 200M mark before finishing fifth in her latest outing over seven furlongs and should have finished closer to the winner as a result. She has a wide gate ten, but gets the services of ex-SA jockey Keagan Latham so will get all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

Race 4.
PRIVATE AGENT returns from a 22 week break, but has finished second in both of his barrier trials to showcase his well-being. He put four and a half lengths between himself and the opposition when winning over five furlongs on debut. He then jumped awkwardly and was bumped shortly after the start, but recovered well to finish sixth next time out over the same sprinting trip, just under two lengths behind the winner. From draw seven, he is taken to be the best bet on the day’s program. ROZBURG has improved in his last two outings and raced wide in the early stages before ending up in third place last time out over this distance. He has gate three and looks to be the immediate danger to the top pick. SHANAYA is a 5yr old mare taking on the boys. She followed up her penultimate run victory over five furlongs with a seventh-place finish next time out over the same trip. It should however be noted that she did not get the clearest of passages that day and she should be involved in the finish here.

Race 5.
With the five late scratchings, three of which are unraced entrants, the field is left with six first times. Any betting support for these runners should be taken seriously. Of the raced runners, PREMOSPHERE may prove to be the best. She is a 3yr old filly taking on males, but she was only run out of it very late when making her debut over 1100M, ending up just a short-head behind the victor. She has a wideish gate nine, but she should give the boys a good run for their money. REMORSELESS returns from a lengthy 39 week break, but has had three barrier trials, winning the latest. He is seldom far off the action and was making late progress before finishing third in his last outing over 1100m, just over two lengths behind the winner. He is drawn one inside the former and should be right up there in the mix. BEANS is a 5yr old mare who showed the expected improvement second time out when finishing third over six furlongs, 1.4L beck from the winner. She is drawn wide at gate thirteen, but she battled all the way down to the wire in that last outing and she should be doing her best work over the latter stages of the contest.

Race 6.
TESSERA showed solid improvement when finishing well to end up second last time out over six furlongs, one and a half lengths off the victor. He jumps from a handy draw three and looks to be the value in the race. MR KYLIN had his consistency rewarded with a jump to wire victory last time out over 1300M. He showed plenty of toe to put over two lengths between himself and the balance of the field that day and despite having to overcome a wide draw fourteen, he could be the immediate threat to the top selection. BRIDE OF VENGEANCE is a 5yr old mare taking on boys, but she has shown steady improvement in her last two outings, winning her latest start over this distance by half a length. She only saw daylight at the 200M mark and then put in a powerful finish to win going away. She is drawn twelve, but if she shows the same strong finish today, she should be mowing down the frontrunner in the latter stages of the race.
