JUST A PAR might have been a shade lucky to win at Doncaster when the horse leading him fell, but he should nevertheless have to legs of Band Of Blood who was behind him that day, while also mastering the out of form Ultragold.

Bumper winner DUSTY’S CHOICE put in a creditable first effort over hurdles when third to Off The Beat at Newcastle. He was disputing the lead when making a bad blunder at the final flight and in the belief he would have gone close to winning he gets the vote to gain consolation in this.

A winner between the flags, FORTHEGREATERGOOD put in an encouraging first run under Rules when third to the useful Anythingforlove at Uttoxeter. She will be all the better for that and can outstay her rivals.
