ROCKSETTE (2kgs worse off) over this c & d two weeks ago. The Snaith inmate has cracked the best draw here and she has a major chance of reversing the form. Of course she will be aided by an in-form jockey.

Just seven entrants face the starter for this highly competitive and intriguing five furlong handicap. CARBON OFFSET had a disappointing second local showing but perhaps still needed the effort and he quickly returns to the minimum trip. Of course the former Cape resident finished strongly for a close 3rd in his first start in this province over this track & trip. Interestingly, he was only a head adrift of his highly promising stablemate VARSITY CUP that day and the pair meet on identical weight terms.
