The latter is still a lightly raced four-year old who will prefer this distance after his recent flop in the Summer Cup. He has room for improvement and he is still developing his rating.

GUNS AND ROSES failed to quicken when she stepped into feature company in her comeback run over a mile three weeks ago but she was beaten just over four lengths at the line and she will certainly strip fitter. Of course she reeled off five consecutive victories prior to that and the daughter of Trippi drops heavily in class here. She deservedly concedes chunks of weight but is undoubtedly above-average and she can return to winning ways. The likely solid gallop will suit her.

GREEN TOP was expected to produce more than her weak recent form but her conditioner reverts to sprinting at this lower-level today and that could be key. She had little go her way over further earlier this month but was docked three pounds in her rating and she can bounce back to form.
