The tournament returns to its full 12-match mini-tour format in 2024 after being abbreviated in 2023 due to the Rugby World Cup, meaning each team plays six matches, comprising three home and three away games.

Each nation will host a two-match tour and will play an away two-game tour and one-match home and away series against the third remaining team.

The world champion Springboks will host the mighty All Blacks in South Africa in a mouthwatering back-to-back double-header.

Before that, however, Rassie and the Boks must travel to Australia to play Joe Schmidt and the Wallabies in back-to-back clashes Down Under, with the opening clash in Brisbane on 10 August set to kick off this year’s competition, followed by another battle in Perth the week after.

After returning home to tackle Scott Robertson and the All Blacks, Erasmus’ charges then complete their campaign with two clashes against Los Pumas, the first taking place in Santiago before the Rugby Championship wraps up at the Mbombela Stadium on 28 September.

Meanwhile, the All Blacks start their campaign with two home matches against Argentina before heading to South Africa and completing their tournament with an away trip Down Under and a home game against the Wallabies.

As for Los Pumas, their two-match tour is in New Zealand before their home fixtures against Australia. They complete their tournament with a home-and-away clash against the Springboks.

With so much to look forward to in the Rugby Championship, not to mention the home series against Ireland taking place before that, 2024 is going to be a year to savour for Bok fans and their team of champions.
