UNCLE LUCKY raced wide in his last start but still managed to finish in a close-up fourth with Jockey See Joseph retaining the ride, and the pair should be hard to beat with a bit of cover. GOLDEN THUNDER improved in his last start to finish in third, a repeat of that effort should see him competitive in this contest. SPEED RACER was impressive in his last start and with JP van der Merwe in the saddle and the pair can run into the money. GOLDEN TEAK ran a fair debut finishing in fourth. Jockey Ruan Maia jumps aboard today and with the experience from his first outing he should be right there in the run down to the line. TIGAROUS finished just ahead of Golden Teak in his latest start and with Vladmir Duric in the saddle, the pair merit healthy respect. STRONG N SMART was right there in his debut run and a repeat of that performance should see him in the mix in this contest. ACE SOVEREIGN ran on in his debut to finish in fourth and a repeat of that run, should see him in the mix.

GOD’S GIFT is always right there and with Ruan Maia in the irons today over the mile trip, the pair should be able to get it right in this contest. FORESTO is another that seldom finishes too far back and with apprentice Iskandar in the irons, the pair should be challenging the top selection in the run down to the line. LEATHERHEAD just won his last start well, he has a bit of a wide draw but with Vladmir Duric in the saddle the pair can threaten the top two in this contest. SHOWCASE THE GOLD goes over the extra in this contest and he can improve to finish in the money.

ALMUGIR lost ground in his last start, but still managed to run on and finish in third place. Ryan Munger retains the ride today from a good mid-field draw and the pair should be right there in the run down to the line. ACCUMULATION drops to a trip that he should enjoy and gets jockey Ronald Woodworth in the irons, he should be competitive. KSATRIA needed his debut run but with Vladmir Duric retaining the ride, the pair should be right there in the run down to the line. MIEJ raced wide without cover in his last start and if he gets a bit of cover in this contest, he should be in the mix in the run down to the line.

ROYAL PAVILLION had excuses in his last two runs and if able to find his earlier form, he should be in the money at the finish. SUN STEP seldom finishes too far back and can run into the quartets.

FROM THE NAVY looks to be a consistent horse having finished in the money in his last four starts. Ruan Maia retains the ride today and from gate two, he should be able to get the better of this field. RED ROAR won his last start well and if able to repeat that effort, he should be competitive in this contest. JUPITER DRAGON improved in his last start to finish in second and a repeat of that run, should see him right there in the run down to the line. ALLEGRO has gate one and without any interferences, can finish in the money.

HIGH VOLTAGE just won his last start and can threaten in this encounter. BUSHIDO is never far off the action and must be considered for the minor money.

SUPER TEN just won his last and based on that performance, he should be right there at the finish. KIWI KID needed his first run after a rest and should strip fitter for this occasion.
